Duration of Study

Undergraduate Management Study Programme targets students to normally complete the course by taking a minimum of 144 credits within 3.5 years or 7 semesters.

Graduates Profile

Marketing, HR, and Finance Manager 

  • Independently make managerial decisions and collaborate with others to solve managerial problems; think strategically; formulate strategic decisions; consider a variety of business issues from the organization's focal point; develop business designs and business reporting; and conduct investment evaluations.
  • Manage functions of management strategically
  • Conduct an analysis of an organization's HR requirements, formulate sustainable development strategies to produce HR that is superior, competitive, and sustainable, and develop efficient HR management methods and techniques.
  • Execute financial management decisions pertaining to working capital management, the essence of financial management, short-term financial planning, control, and taxation, as well as decisions concerning repetitive financial management tasks.
  • Conduct an examination of market opportunities and conditions, formulate market strategies, respond to market offers, and oversee and design marketing initiatives. 
  • Oversee business operations, including production system design, production system strategy, and production system operation, for both manufacturing and non-manufacturing organizations.
  • Constantly adaptable to business changes and capable of implementing sustainable, ongoing enhancements

Entrepreneur

  • Analysis of market conditions and opportunities, determination of multiple types of strategies, and selection of multiple types of strategies comprise design.
  • Using digital to accelerate business in a dynamic, creative, and innovative manner with the goal of producing trustworthy, high-value products that can serve as models for the community and provide solutions to the challenges of business development that add value, generate benefits, and create jobs; thus, enhancing the welfare of the public.
  • Establishing a reputation for producing dependable and valuable products that serve as exemplars by fostering and disseminating an entrepreneurial mindset within the community.
  • Capable of assessing and executing the control function on the outcomes of business performance.

Researcher

  • Possess the logical, critical, and systematic reasoning skills necessary to produce journal-worthy scientific papers within the context of management and business science.

Business Analyst

Curriculum
