Course Programme
STIE Widya Wiwaha welcomes new students for the 2023-2024 academic year for two types of programs: regular and extension. The regular program is designed for graduates of high school, MA, and SMK who desire to continue their studies at the DIII or Bachelor (S1) level with a morning-afternoon lecture schedule. The extension program (employee class) is divided into two types: normal and credit transfer. Regular Extension is for incoming high school or vocational high school graduates, whereas Credit Transfer Extension is for incoming D3 graduates or transfers from other campuses who desire to continue their studies at the S1 level with an afternoon lecture schedule.
Registration Flow
1. Merit lane registration
The merit track is an enrollment path that does not require entrance selection.
Requirements for registration:
- Register and fill in complete data on the page: https://stieww.ac.id/page/pendaftaran
- Documents are uploaded or sent by post to the address STIE Widya Wiwaha: Jl. Lowanu Sorosutan UH VI/20 Yogyakarta 55162
- Copy of 1-4 semester report card, average score of at least 80.00
- Certificate of sport or art achievement at least Regency or City (If any)
- Pay a registration fee of Rp100,000.
2. Campus Test Selection
-Offline Test
Prospective students who have a report card score <80.00 can take an offline test or entrance selection on the STIE Widya Wiwaha campus. The test is open during the registration period, every Monday-Friday, from 08.00–15.30 WIB. Test results can be known on the same day as the test. Registration requirements:
- Pay a registration fee of IDR 200,000.
- Test materials: The Academic Potential Test (TPA) includes verbal ability, mathematical logic, and English.
- Online Test
This pathway is intended for prospective new students, particularly those from outside the Yogyakarta Special Region. Prospective students should first contact the STIE Widya Wiwaha admissions department at 0878 0807 7878 (telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp).
3. Scholarship and CSR Programme
For KIP Kuliah applicants, make sure you already have a KIP Kuliah account. For those who have not, please register yourself through the web: https://kip-kuliah.kemdikbud.go.id/. Fill in the name of Widya Wiwaha College of Economics in the Independent Examination section of your KIP Kuliah portal.

- Graduates in 2021, 2022, and 2023
- REGISTRATION FORM (form from STIE Widya Wiwaha campus)

- FC REPORT CARD SEM 1-6
- FC CERTIFICATE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT (not required)
- ORIGINAL SKTM
- FC ELECTRICITY & WATER BILL
- FC PBB (boarding house or contract is replaced with a certificate)
- FC KIP/KKS/PKH/KMS CARD
- FC AKTE, KK, KTP
